• Ensure that the QEMR is established, implemented and maintained and continually improve its effectiveness in
accordance with ISO standard.
• Ensure that process needed for the QEMR is determined and its application throughout organization.
• Ensure that optimum sequence and interaction of processes are determined.
• Ensure that criteria and methods are clearly defined to ensure both of operation and control processes are effectively performed.
• Ensure that all Documents needed for the QEMR is established and adequately define prior to issue and use.
• Facilitates the identification of necessary resources and information that will support the implementation and
monitoring of the QEMR.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Guide the organization on the proper application of the QEMR and ensure uniformity of understanding consistency of application.
• Liaison with external parties on QEMR matters and during audits.
• Continuously review and assess overall business fulfillment groups, product , quality , reliability performance and service to identify opportunities for improvement in a long term and short term goal setting.
